All bookings are made through the online booking system. Due to Āla being a boutique service, there are few booking spaces available. To secure your appointment, payment is taken in full at the time of booking. There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy: cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% refund, while cancellations prior to this will warrant a full refund minus a 2.9% booking fee.
